WETRON processes

WETRON introduce process control systems by means of the development of programs to requirements or the personalisation of commercial Scadas. Along with this, we place and manage the teams, both of supervision and of measurements and operation of control, necessary for the control of the installations.

Among the installations completed with the development of programs to measure, in high-level languages, we should emphasize the application installed in printers for the neutralization of fluids controlling deposit levels, process condition and other significant parameters.

WETRON has the experience in personalizing commercial Scadas for the development of control systems and sequence management, such as those for manufacture in productive units or the stock control for automatic warehouses.

WETRON can point to it's major success with the development of an innovative system of control and monitoring for medium power, conditioning and lighting in the factories of the Volkswagen group, which can be applied generally in factories or industrial premises.

WETRON has also implemented systems earmarked for statistical control, with the intention of the best of technical and tool fitting, by means of the capture and analysis of data.

The control system for screwing down (in the photo) allows to verify, within a defined strategy, the principle parameters and angle of presion to monitor the defective nuts and the operating actions (check, repress, substitute).
