Electrified monorail

Installed by WETRON in factories and workshops. They have been adapted to the various transport requirements. The monorail, in conjunction with individual carriers, are used as transport systems, as production buffers or sorters, and as assembly workstations.

We have experience in whichever type of over-head and inverted monorails, and of elements such as lift-stations etc.

Skid Conveyors

Installed by WETRON in paintshops and workshops. Our work comprises the assembly and programming of typical elements of this system, such as turn-tables, lifting-tables, positioning modules and carriers.

Furthermore, our experience allows us to setup decentralized installations for both the discrete elements of control and drives.

Other Transport Systems

WETRON has installed numerous systems of over-head transporters, such as Power&Free, and floor-level, such as in-floor chain conveyors, automated guided vehicle (filo-guided, etc), rollers, belts and table conveyors.

Supervision and Security

Together with our clients, we have installed, among others, systems for:
· supervision, in final assembly lines, by means of: artificial
  sight cameras, bar code readers, photosensors, etc.
